The works are printed on demand, so we require between 7 and 25 days for production depending on the chosen piece.

Yes, the prices are inclusive of VAT and in euros, per unit of product and do not include additional processing, dispatch, transport and delivery charges.
When you pre-order a product, it is taken into stock in our e-shop to allow you to place your order. However, this order will be delivered when the new products are available.
You have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties, apart from the cost of returning the goods, from the date of delivery of the order. This is to be done by returning the new (unopened and/or unused) products at your own expense, accompanied by the order number, to the following address: Atelier Murciano, 30 route de Montpellier – 34430 SAINT-JEAN-DE-VÉDAS. If the 7-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. Products returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. Refunds for products will be processed within a maximum of 30 days of our receipt of the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of ordering.
