Description

Captain No Future – Painting and lithograph by Patrice Murciano

Sprawled in his armchair, mouth wide open and a can within reach, Homer has slipped into the space hero’s suit… the better to nap. A parody of Captain Future in which the hero of Springfield has definitively given up on saving the universe: tonight, laziness wins and there is no future. A funny and tender nod to the two cartoons that marked generations, signed Patrice Murciano.

A blend of watercolor, pencil strokes and splashes of color, available as a painting and as a lithograph.
